Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for sheet metal fabrication components and assemblies.
Develop designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD as per customer and production requirements.
Prepare fabrication drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, BOM and material specifications.
Design sheet metal parts, brackets, enclosures, panels, frames and fabricated assemblies.
Understand bending, cutting, laser cutting, punching, welding and fabrication processes.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Purchase teams for design feasibility and manufacturing requirements.
Modify and optimize existing designs based on production feedback and customer requirements.
Prepare BOM, cutting drawings and fabrication documentation.
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and suitable for manufacturing.
Review drawings and ensure accuracy before releasing them for production.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and design documents.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
