Job Responsibility

As a Liaison Officer - various government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. facilitating approvals, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires solid communication, negotiation, and documentation skills to streamline interactions and avoid delays in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

government bodies, including local authorities, regulatory agencies, and land departments.

Ensure timely submission and processing of all necessary documents and permits, including land approvals, building permits, environmental clearances, and zoning regulations.

Maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders in government departments to expedite approvals and resolve issues.

Compliance Management:

Monitor compliance with building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations,



and other relevant legal requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate records of all interactions with regulatory bodies, including permits, approvals, agreements, and correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and land acquisition documents in coordination with the legal team.

Provide regular updates to management on the status of approvals, potential delays, and strategies to overcome regulatory hurdles.

Conflict Resolution:

Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the approval process, including disputes with government authorities or delays in obtaining permits.

Negotiate with authorities to resolve issues and ensure that project timelines are not adversely affected.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
