We are looking for a Customer Support Telecaller to handle customer calls related to after-sales service for electronics and home appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming customer service calls
Make outbound calls for service follow-ups
Register customer complaints and service requests
Collect correct customer, product and complaint details
Inform customers about service status and next steps
Follow up with customers after technician visits
Confirm whether service issues have been resolved
Update call remarks and complaint status in the system
Handle customer queries professionally and politely
Escalate unresolved complaints to the concerned service team
Candidate Profile
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
Patient and skilled while speaking with customers
Valuable listening and follow-up skills
Experience in customer support or telecalling preferred

0–3 years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
