TGT – Social Studies (SST)

Lzebra Public School, Kota is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Social Studies to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Social Studies to students of Classes VI–X as per the prescribed curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching resources.
Use cutting-edge teaching methodologies, activities, discussions, presentations, and real-life examples to make concepts engaging.
Assess students' academic progress through classwork, tests, examinations, and regular evaluations.
Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and academic progress.
Provide individual attention and academic support to students whenever required.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, awareness of current affairs, and an understanding of society and the world.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate actively in school events, activities, and academic initiatives.




Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as per school requirements.
Relevant teaching experience at the TGT level will be an advantage.
Strong command of English communication and subject knowledge.
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using smart classes, digital teaching tools, and educational technology will be preferred.

Position
