Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality standards and processes
Monitor compliance with healthcare quality & safety standards
Conduct internal audits and quality assessments
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Maintain quality documentation and reports
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve patient care quality
Ideal Candidate: Experience in healthcare quality management
Knowledge of NABH/quality standards preferred
Robust analytical and communication skills
Ability to lead and coordinate teams
