Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve fresh, hygienic Kerala-style breakfast for hotel guests.
Prepare daily meals for hotel staff according to the menu and requirements.
Prepare traditional Kerala dishes, including puttu, appam, idiyappam, dosa, idli, and various curries.
Ensure food is prepared on time and maintains consistent taste and quality.
Wash and clean dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchenware after use.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and dishwashing areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and use kitchen supplies efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and management to meet daily food requirements.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Cook,



preferably in Kerala cuisine.
Valuable knowledge of Kerala breakfast items and traditional cooking methods.
Ability to prepare staff meals efficiently.
Willingness to handle dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible working hours.
Valuable teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
