Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with healthcare clients. This role involves understanding client objectives, coordinating with internal teams to deliver digital marketing and web solutions, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The Client Services Manager will monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, provide regular performance reports, and make data-informed recommendations to improve results. Daily activities include leading client meetings, managing service delivery, tracking key account metrics,



and supporting business growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Qualifications
Robust Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in digital marketing, healthcare, or technology services.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort working in an in office, fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; healthcare industry exposure is an advantage.
