SOFT SKILLS TRAINER

Location: MAYURBHANJ, ODISHA
Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Soft Skills, and Employability Skills.
Train candidates in spoken English, active listening, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace etiquette.
Conduct sessions on interview skills, resume preparation, group discussions, and qualified behaviour.
Use practical activities, role plays, group discussions, presentations, and mock interviews.
Assess candidates' learning, communication, and overall performance.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessment reports.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other required documentation.
Motivate candidates and support them in becoming employment-ready.




Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other trainers for smooth delivery of the training program.
Maintain discipline and create a positive and interactive learning setting.

Qualification & Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Management, Social Sciences, Education, or a relevant field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, employability training, or skill development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Solid facilitation and classroom management skills.
Ability to work with candidates from rural and diverse educational backgrounds.
Experience in DDU-GKY, DDU-KK, Skill Development, PMKVY, BOCW, or similar projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
