Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid search, Performance Max, Display, and campaigns within Ads.
Conduct deep keyword research, draft compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tracking tools to ensure exact conversion attribution.
Monitor and optimize core KPIs, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Provide regular, transparent performance reports and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
1+ years of proven experience managing Ads campaigns in competitive commercial niches

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
