Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist / CPC Expert with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Monitor and improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, ad copy testing, and bid optimization.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities to reduce lead costs and improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / CPC campaign management.




Experience in real estate digital marketing or lead generation is preferred.
Robust understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Candidates with experience managing high-budget campaigns will be preferred.
