We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of in office execution, coordination, and supervision of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, designers, and project teams
Monitor project progress, timelines, workmanship, and material requirements
Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues
Ensure quality standards and site safety practices are maintained
Track material usage and coordinate material requirements with the concerned team
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
Resolve routine site-related issues and escalate critical matters to management




Ensure timely completion of assigned work and project milestones

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of relevant site supervision experienc
Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing work
Valuable understanding of drawings, measurements, materials, and site processesStrong team and contractor coordination skills
Valuable communication and reporting abilities
Ability to independently manage site activities. Willingness to travel between project sites as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
