Injection Moulding Machine Operator – Milacron/Ferromatic 350 Ton
We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator to operate and manage a 350-ton Milacron/Ferromatic injection moulding machine at our factory in Sahibabad Industrial Area, near shaheed sthal metro station, Ghaziabad.
Responsibilities:
Operate the 350-ton injection moulding machine efficiently.
Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.
Handle mould changing, machine setup and production start-up.
Monitor production quality and identify defects.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments.
Maintain proper production output and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with helpers and production staff.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating Milacron/Ferromatic injection moulding machines preferred.
Experience with 250–500 ton machines will be considered.
Knowledge of injection moulding processes, mould setting and machine parameter adjustment.
Responsible and willing to work in a factory environment.
Experience: 2+ years preferred.
