Job Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee daily construction activities on-site and ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and quality standards.
Supervise CC Road, BC, and PC Road construction projects.
Ensure proper levelling, compaction, and material quality.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with PWD, PMGSY, and government regulations.
Maintain workplace safety and ensure workers follow proper procedures.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Report daily progress to senior engineers/project managers.
Quality Control & Material Management
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Inspect work quality and adherence to construction standards.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and site progress reports.
Assist in preparing work schedules and reports for senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction (CC Road, BC, PC Road).
Knowledge of PWD and PMGSY guidelines.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Experience in handling site execution, labor management, and material procurement.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools is a plus.
