We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Executive to identify, approach and onboard business partners onto our digital platform. The role involves field visits, merchant acquisition, documentation, onboarding coordination and maintaining relationships with business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential business partners through field visits and calls.
Explain the company's platform, services and partnership advantages.
Conduct meetings and negotiations with business owners.
Collect and coordinate required KYC and business documents.
Assist partners with registration and onboarding.
Coordinate service/menu information and profile setup.
Follow up with prospective and newly onboarded partners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups and onboardings.
Achieve assigned monthly onboarding targets.
Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales or merchant acquisition.
Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills may apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Office.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/month
Fuel Allowance: Up to ₹2,500/month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹3,500/month
Maximum Monthly Earning Potential: ₹24,000/month
Working Schedule
6 days a week
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
