Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
Ensure proper patient care, medication administration, documentation, and nursing procedures.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
Monitor nursing supplies, equipment, and ward requirements.
Handle patient and staff concerns professionally.
Support training,
orientation, and performance development of nursing staff.
Maintain proper nursing records and ensure statutory and quality requirements are followed.
Requirements
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Previous experience in a supervisory nursing role preferred.
Valuable communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle hospital operations efficiently.
