6.Client Communication: Communicating with clients or customers regarding billing matters, such as overdue payments, payment plans, or billing issues.

7.Reporting: Generating regular reports on billing activities, such as outstanding invoices, revenue forecasts, or billing trends, for management review.

8.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant billing regulations,



policies, and procedures.
