Job Responsibilities
Handle customer leads for Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
Prepare customized itineraries and competitive quotations.
Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, sightseeing and travel insurance.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, DMCs and other suppliers.
Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations and customer queries.
Maintain proper follow-up and update lead/booking status.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
