Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom efficiently.
Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily enquiries, test rides/demonstrations, bookings, deliveries, and conversions.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and improve conversion ratios.
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.
Monitor team attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall productivity.
Conduct daily sales meetings and review individual and team performance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure proper maintenance of the showroom, vehicle display, branding, cleanliness, and overall ambience.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments for vehicle allocation and deliveries.
Ensure all sales documentation, customer records, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns,



and events to generate leads.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and share insights with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in automobile showroom operations, retail sales, or team management.
Robust leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and dealership/CRM systems.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven setting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
