Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior and turnkey projects independently from estimation to completion.
Manage project finances, billing, and prepare financial reports.
Conduct site visits, update status, and ensure compliance with safety/building codes.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Lead project teams and foster collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Must have 4+ years of experience in Interior, Corporate, and Turnkey projects.
Must be willing to relocate to project sites as required.
