We are looking for a confident and people-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team in Jalandhar.
What you’ll be doing:
Connect with prospective students and understand their course/career requirements.
Explain available courses, training programs, fees and related details clearly.
Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information.
Work towards achieving admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student experience.
What we’re looking for:
6 months–2 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, admissions, inside sales or a similar role.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
