Luminary Real Estate is expanding its Noida branch and is looking for a confident, target-driven and energetic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Introduce Dubai and Noida real estate projects to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant basic information.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule qualified client meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client responses.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting targets.
Coordinate with sales agents and update lead status in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with interested and potential clients.

Requirements
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate calling is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.




Excellent spoken English is required.
Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Strong persuasion, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
Skilled communication and a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced real estate environment.

Performance Expectations
Minimum 30 qualified client meetings per month.
Consistent daily calling and follow-up activity.
At least 2 qualified meetings per week.
Maintain proper lead records and follow-up status.
