Job Summary

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, valuable problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and work in a practical, rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in mechanical design, engineering, production, installation, and maintenance activities as required.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents.
Support senior engineers in planning and executing engineering projects.
Monitor equipment, machinery, and processes to ensure proper performance and reliability.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying practical solutions.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and other departments.
Maintain project records, inspection reports, and other technical documentation.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Participate in site visits, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other field activities when required.




Continuously learn and improve knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industry practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized institution.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, materials, and maintenance.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel or work at project/site locations, if required.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CAD and 3D modelling.
Basic understanding of production and quality processes.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
