Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-presented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to interact effectively with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.
Handle enquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
Explain course details, fees, admission procedures, and other relevant information.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling and guidance.
Coordinate with the academic and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Support the team in achieving admission and enrolment targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Very good English communication skills – Mandatory.
Pleasing personality and professional appearance – Mandatory.
Confident and comfortable communicating with students and parents.
Good counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards admission/enrolment targets.
