Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Point (CSP) to handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide service support, maintain records, and assist customers with various service-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their queries, requests, and service requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding available products and services.
Assist customers with forms, applications, documentation, and other service processes.
Handle customer transactions and maintain proper records as per company guidelines.
Verify customer documents and information wherever required.
Maintain daily registers, transaction records, and other operational documents.
Coordinate with the concerned department for resolving customer issues.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documents.




Ensure smooth functioning and cleanliness of the Customer Service Point.
Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Support the team in achieving customer service and operational targets.

Educational Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Candidates with relevant customer service, banking, retail, or front-office experience will be preferred.
