Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs.
Develop, test, and deploy current features with a focus on quality and speed.
Contribute to product enhancements and deliver releases on a weekly or daily basis.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Focus on delivering intuitive and developer-friendly applications that enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in software development using Java and related technologies.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
Experience in frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend service development.




Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile workplace.

Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working on enterprise-grade applications or financial services platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.
Experience building internal platforms, SDKs, or developer productivity tools.
Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
