Key Responsibilities
Generate current Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field activities.
Search and identify potential customers through market visits, references, leads, and local networking.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other referral partners.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for document collection, verification, processing, and loan disbursement.
Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and customer meetings.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
