Role: Senior Architect

nOverview :
nWe are looking for an architect with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about design and has a genuine interest in luxury residential architecture and villa projects. The role calls for someone who can move comfortably between design thinking and technical resolution, from developing a concept and exploring a façade to resolving a detail and seeing it through on site.

nResponsibilities
n* Developing architectural concepts and design proposals for luxury villas and residences.
n* Translating design intent into precise plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
n* Developing architectural details with a robust understanding of materials, construction and craftsmanship.
n* Working on façade development, material palettes, proportions and architectural elements.
n* Coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
n* Preparing and managing detailed drawing packages through various stages of the project.




n* Attending site visits and working closely with contractors and consultants to resolve design and execution issues.
n* Reviewing drawings and site work to ensure that the design intent and quality are maintained.
n* Taking ownership of assigned projects and deliverables from design development through execution.
n* Working closely with junior architects and contributing to the overall design process of the studio.

nQualifications :
n* 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
n* A strong interest in luxury residential and villa architecture.
n* A refined design sensibility and an appreciation for proportion, materiality and detail.
n* Strong architectural drawing and detailing skills.
n* A good understanding of construction and how design translates into built form.
n* The ability to think independently, take ownership and solve problems creatively.
