Set up and Operation: Set up and operate robotic welding machines (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and associated jigs/fixtures according to specifications and production schedules.
Programming: Load existing programs and make minor adjustments to welding parameters (e.g., path, speed, voltage, wire feed) as needed to optimize performance and precision.
Basic to robust understanding of welding processes and techniques,particularly MIG/GMAW welding.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A technical certification or trade course in welding, robotics, or automation is a solid plus.
