Key Responsibilities
Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain die-casting machines, furnaces, CNC/production machines, conveyors, shot blasting and other manufacturing equipment.
Maintain PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, control panels, motors and electrical circuits.
Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, compressors, chillers and other utilities.
Monitor and improve machine uptime, MTTR, MTBF and OEE.
Conduct RCA / 5-Why analysis for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Support energy-saving initiatives and reduce electrical/utility losses.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, machine history cards and spare-parts inventory.




Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO and plant safety standards.
Coordinate with production, vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.

Must-Have
5–12 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Robust exposure to production equipment maintenance, not only utility maintenance.
Experience in automotive / foundry / aluminium die casting / engineering manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of PLC, VFD, electrical panels, motors, HT/LT systems and industrial automation.
Positive understanding of breakdown analysis, PM/PdM and machine reliability.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in HPDC / die casting, foundry, induction/heat-treatment furnaces, CNC machines, shot blasting, moulding machines or automotive component manufacturing would be preferred.

Shift: Willingness to work in shifts.
