Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, dispatch, and distribution operations.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor cargo movement, delivery schedules, OTD/OTIF, and vehicle utilization.
Handle transporter/vendor management, performance tracking, and rate negotiations.
Ensure timely deliveries, proper documentation, and compliance with logistics processes.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Prepare MIS reports and logistics KPIs and provide regular operational updates.
Lead and coordinate the logistics team to achieve daily operational targets.

Preferred candidate profile
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
Robust knowledge of Logistics Operations, Transport Management, Warehouse & Distribution.
Experience in vendor/transporter management and cost optimization.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
Solid communication, negotiation, analytical, and team-management skills.
Hindi communication is Mandatory for handling Pan India operations
