Perform GIS mapping and road digitization activities as per project requirements.
Work on HD Maps, HD Lane, IVI Production, and navigation-related mapping.
Handle spatial data processing, validation, and quality checks.
Use GIS tools such as ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth Pro.
Ensure accuracy and quality of mapped data through defined QA/QC processes.
Provide subject matter expertise in GIS mapping and geospatial processes.
Handle complex GIS, road digitization, HD Maps, and navigation-related tasks.
Review and validate spatial data and ensure process quality and accuracy.
Support team members with process-related queries and technical guidance.
Handle and monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.
SME - Trainer
Deliver training on GIS mapping, road digitization, HD Maps, HD Lane, and navigation processes.
Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and process documentation.
Conduct recent-hire, refresher, and process training sessions.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve process knowledge and performance.
Prepare and deliver skilled presentations using PowerPoint.
Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training requirements.
