Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers in the industry.
Proficient in sourcing and hiring candidates through LinkedIN and Naukri by effective job posting, database search and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on current hires.
