Store Manager – Saudi Arabia

We are looking for experienced Store Managers to manage retail store operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have solid retail management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets and manage a store team effectively.

Experience: 3–6 years of retail experience, including supervisory/store management experience
Salary: SAR 2,000 – 2,500 per month
Commission: Additional commission based on sales targets
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, shift-based
Contract Duration: 3 years
Annual Leave: 21 days per year

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
Supervise and coordinate store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
Monitor sales, daily operations, and store reports.




Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product presentation.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Train, guide, and motivate store employees.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and company standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
3–6 years of relevant retail experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or Store Manager role.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets and manage a shift-based schedule.
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.

Pay: ₹51,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
