Las Hermanas, a premium Goan Mexican restaurant on wheels concept (Food Truck) looking for Commi I who will be responsible for preparing and cooking while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in a quick-paced food truck environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes.
Perform daily mise en place and ingredient preparation.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation and waste control.
Support smooth and effective service during busy periods.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
