We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on experience across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, including development, configuration, customization, scripting, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM & HRSD solutions.
Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
Work on ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
Work on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, HR services, case management, workflows, and employee experiences.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Configure workflows, forms, notifications, automation, and business rules.
Work with MID Server and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.




Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server.
Experience with HRSD, HR Case Management, HR Services, and workflows.
Robust experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have:
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-HRSD certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
