Teaching undergraduate nursing students in both theory and practical settings.
Assisting in the development of course materials and curriculum.
Supervising students during clinical postings.
Participating in departmental activities and research initiatives
Assisting the coordinators in the academic activities
Work collaboratively with administrators in college & with hospital personnel
Pursue external funding opportunities to support research and teaching activities
Organizing recreational and social programmes.
Engage in scholarly activities, such as conducting research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences, to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice
Administer assessments, including exams, assignments,



and practical evaluations, to measure students' understanding and progress. Provide timely feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.
Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare specialists to enhance the learning experience and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall development of the College.
Any other duty that may be assigned to his/her from time to time relating to nursing education
