Business Development Executive – Solar Sales

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹3.00 LPA

Reporting To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from industrial clients within a 100 KM radius of Surat.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, references, and networking.
Explain the financial perks, savings, ROI, and payback period of solar solutions, including Captive, Group Captive, and Zero Upfront models.
Manage leads and maintain the sales pipeline through CRM/Excel.
Handle client inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Conduct site visits and client presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and maintain sales documentation.




Convert leads into confirmed projects.
Submit Daily Work Reports (DWR) and track sales targets, conversions, and pipeline status.
Prepare monthly sales reports and provide market and competitor insights to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Any Graduate; Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
1–3 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales is preferred.
Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of industrial areas in and around Surat is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
Robust communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel, proposal & quotation preparation, and solar project documentatio

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
