Core Teaching & Curriculum Responsibilities
Instruction: Teach fundamental and advanced techniques in drawing, sketching, painting, coloring, and shading using various media like pencil, charcoal, watercolor, and acrylic.
Art History & Theory: Deliver lessons on art history, color theory, design concepts, and the cultural or historical significance of art.
Curriculum Planning: Develop lesson plans and projects appropriate for different grade and skill levels in alignment with school board guidelines (such as CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).
Student Assessment: Evaluate coursework, grade art projects, conduct practical exams, and maintain progress reports for each student.

Classroom & Resource Management
Supply Inventory: Monitor, purchase, and manage art supplies, tools, and equipment while ensuring they are handled safely by students.
Studio Upkeep: Keep the art room clean, organized, and properly set up before and after classes.




Safety Enforcement: Instruct students on the protected handling and clean-up of sharp tools, heavy equipment, and chemical-based or non-toxic paints.

Co-Curricular & School Event Duties
Exhibitions & Displays: Plan and organize school art exhibitions, displays, and creative showcases for parents and the community.
Event Decoration: Assist in designing decorations, banners, charts, and visual aids for school functions, annual days, and cultural programs.
Competitions: Prepare and train students to participate in inter-school, district, or state-level art and painting competitions.
