Look for someone who has worked in B2B sales coordination, order processing, customer coordination or sales support. They should be robust in Excel, email communication and documentation and comfortable coordinating simultaneously with Sales, Customer, PPC/Production and Accounts. Garment/textile experience is helpful, but I would not make it mandatory.
