Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Zoho, CRM, ERP

systems, and internal databases.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or

Zoho Analytics.
Identify business trends and opportunities by analyzing sales, marketing, finance, and

operational data.
Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Create and automate data pipelines using SQL, scripts, or integration tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Zoho, CRM, and ERP platforms.
Work with IT and business users to optimize data flow and system performance across

platforms.
Track KPIs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a explicit and data-driven manner.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science,



Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business,

or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and ERP systems.
Solid proficiency in Advance SQL (CTE, Window Functions, Subqueries & Joins), data manipulation in Excel, and data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
