Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency resuscitative efforts when required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
