Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends
Prepare monthly management reports, MIS reports, and dashboards
Develop financial models to support business decisions
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Perform cost analysis and recommend opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate financial data
Present financial insights and recommendations to management
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

Candidate Requirements:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred
Relevant experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
Experience with ERP, accounting software, or BI tools is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

Experience: 2–5 years in FP&A;, financial analysis, or a related finance role

Candidates with strong analytical skills and relevant financial planning experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
