Elkos Healthcare Private Limited is a growing healthcare company dedicated to delivering pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions with speed and integrity. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee our warehouse dispatch operations, coordinate seamless order fulfillment, and ensure timely dispatches to our distribution partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Verification: Cross-check picking lists, sales orders, invoices, and physical stock prior to packaging to ensure 100% order accuracy.
Dispatch Operations: Supervise packing, labeling, weighing, and staging of goods in compliance with healthcare storage and transit standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Generate and manage essential logistics documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing slips,
and carrier manifests.
Logistics & Courier Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and local couriers for daily vehicle placement, pickups, and transit tracking.
Inventory Reconciliation: Update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in real-time to reflect outgoing dispatches and maintain inventory balance.
Damage & Return Management: Monitor return-to-origin (RTO) parcels, inspect transit damages, and execute necessary claims or restock procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
