Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty to deliver industry-oriented technical training to students. The candidate should have solid subject knowledge along with good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical and easy-to-understand manner.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical-oriented training in Oil & Gas / Petroleum-related subjects.
Train students in areas such as upstream, midstream and downstream operations, drilling, production, refining, petrochemicals, piping and HSE.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Provide practical industry examples, case studies, and real-world applications.
Conduct tests, assessments, practical sessions, and evaluate student performance.
Guide and mentor students regarding technical skills and career prospects in the Oil & Gas industry.
Maintain student attendance, performance records, and academic documentation.




Ensure training content is aligned with current industry practices, standards, and safety requirements.
Support workshops, seminars, guest sessions, and other academic activities.
Continuously update technical knowledge and training methodologies.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Oil & Gas industry and/or teaching/training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and technical concepts.
Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Candidates with hands-on industry experience in Oil & Gas, QA/QC, Piping, NDT, Production, Drilling, or related areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary: ₹35,000/month
