About the Job
Customer inquiries: Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other methods
Customer needs: Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Product information: Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
Customer complaints:



Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Customer feedback: Pass customer feedback on to the product or sales team
Customer records: Maintain a database of customer information
Communication: Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications
Sales targets: Meet customer-service department sales targets
Process documents: Process documents like applications, forms, and custom requests
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved
Escalations: Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there's a complex issue
