Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Windchill migration projects including extraction, transformation, and loading ETL
Define migration strategy, roadmap, architecture, and execution plan
Perform source data analysis, data mapping, transformation, and validation
Collaborate with customer and technical teams for migration requirements gathering
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during migration
Design and develop scriptstools for migration, reconciliation, and validation
Support migration cutover planning and post-migration validation
Provide technical guidance to teams and resolve migration-related issues
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in Windchill CAD Migration and BOM Migration
Expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator WBMWBMFF
Experience in at least 810 Windchill migration projects
Solid SQL Oracle SQL Server scripting knowledge
Strong expertise in data transformation and ETL activities
Positive understanding of Windchill architecture, object models, relationships, and database
Experience in non-Windchill to Windchill migration projects
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exposure to ERPPLM integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
