About the Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Executive to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding

experience for all new hires. The role involves managing pre-joining formalities,

coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring Day 1 readiness, and delivering a seamless

onboarding journey from offer acceptance to employee integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all current hires.

• Coordinate with candidates from offer acceptance until joining.

• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.

• Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams to

ensure Day 1 readiness.

• Schedule induction and orientation programs for recent employees.

• Address candidate queries related to onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain onboarding records, HR systems, and MIS reports.





• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding

experience.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 35 years of experience in HR Operations,

Employee Onboarding, Talent Acquisition Coordination, or HR Shared Services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder

management abilities.

• Highly organized with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple

onboarding activities simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with

HRMS/ATS platforms is preferred.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership

and accountability.
