We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective candidates, understanding their requirements, explaining available job opportunities/services, following up with leads, and maintaining regular communication.

Freshers with good English communication and a confident telephone personality are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and leads.
Understand candidates' career interests, experience, and requirements.
Explain relevant job opportunities and services clearly over the phone.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
Maintain accurate call and follow-up records in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with the relevant team.




Handle basic candidate queries professionally.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly call and activity targets.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with candidates.

Solid follow-up ability.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and positive attitude.
Telecalling, Recruitment, Education, Career Counselling, or Customer Service experience is preferred.
