Eligibility
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or a related engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day production and engineering activities
Monitor machines, equipment, and production processes
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Identify and report technical or production-related issues
Prepare and maintain basic technical and production reports
Coordinate with senior engineers and other departments
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions
Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industrial processes
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Basic computer knowledge
