With a growing presence across D2C and leading marketplaces, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us build and manage efficient systems as we scale.

MANDATORY : CANDIDATE MUST HAVE D2C EXPERIENCE IN ECOMMERCE

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing, dispatches, RTOs and cancellations across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Swiggy, with a focus on reducing RTOs and cancellations.

Manage inventory across all channels, maintain daily inventory records and minimum stock thresholds, and schedule replenishment shipments. Monitor inventory expiry and alert the Marketing team about products expiring within 6 months.
Manage website shipping through Shopify & Delhivery and marketplace shipments, including Amazon.
Maintain accurate operational reports in Microsoft Excel and be proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and IF formulas.
Manage and coordinate the Customer Support team,



ensuring Same-Day Shipping and improving conversions from abandoned carts and WhatsApp queries.
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve late deliveries, NDRs, weight discrepancies and other shipping issues

. * Maintain all purchase and invoice records and liaise with the CA for regular GST filings and tax compliance.
Raise and track POs for packaging, raw materials and finished goods and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, beauty or a related industry.
Strong experience in e-commerce operations, inventory and logistics.
Excellent Excel skills are essential.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and marketplace operations.
Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
A hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and can work independently in a rapid-growing setting.
